Open Class

You are invited to be part of an open class during Lent (Feb. 18^th – April 4^th) in the Sunday School time, 9:45-10:45am, in Huffine Hall. If you do not have a Sunday School Class or are looking for a way to get connected on Sunday mornings beyond worship this class is for you. This DVD and discussion based study is designed to help us better understand the events that occurred during the last 24 hours of Jesus’ life; to see more clearly the significance of Jesus’ suffering and death; and to reflect upon the meaning of these events for your life. If you would like a book the cost is $10 but the purchase of the book is not required to be part of the class.

 

Online Devotional

During Lent there will be an online Devotional written by our various church leaders at www.douglasvillefumc.blogspot.com (not sure if this is exact). If you are a Fan of the church’s Facebook page, you will receive the devotions automatically.
